Free Shipping Offers

At HAYATI NY, we aim to offer competitive shipping prices and services. We provide free shipping for orders over a certain amount, which may change throughout the year. Check the minimum purchase amount at the time of your order to see if you qualify.

Free shipping is available only within the Continental U.S. It does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Address Changes/Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please do so within 60 minutes of placing your order. After 60 minutes, we cannot guarantee the change will be made.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for any return or undeliverable package costs. If you received free shipping, the cost to resend the package will be invoiced.

For returned packages due to incorrect addresses, if you opt for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Signature Required at Delivery

All orders over $200 are shipped via UPS Ground a signature is required. UPS will attempt delivery three times. If they cannot obtain a signature, the package will be taken to a local UPS store or access point, where you must retrieve it promptly.

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, delivery issues, or not being picked up from a UPS access point will be refunded minus the shipping charges. You will need to place a new order.
