HAYATI RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Policy

We want our VALUED customers to try our fragrance with confidence and without worrying about expensive returns.

How It Works:

Sample First:  Each full-size fragrance comes with a 2ML trial-size vial. Try the sample first. If you like it, keep the full-size bottle. If not, don’t open the full-size bottle and 10 ml pocket-sized.

Initiate Return: Email us at info@HayatiNY.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return Fee: A flat $10 fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund. Follow our instructions to create and send back your return within 14 days.

 Refunds:

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the unopened full-size bottle.

Free Gifts:

If your refund lowers your order total below the free gift threshold, return the unused gift. If not returned, the gift's value will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions:

Returns after 14 days won't be accepted. Securely pack the fragrance to avoid damage.

Non-Refundable Items:

Discovery Sets perfumes and 2ML Samples

Refund Eligibility:

Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Opened or damaged returns may be refused or partially refunded.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is undelivered or refused, we are not responsible for the shipping fee. If you opt for a refund instead of reshipping, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Address Changes:

Any fees to change the address after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

International Orders:

No free return labels for international orders. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product:

Initiate Exchange: Email us within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions: The product must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Exchange Fee: A $10 processing fee applies.

Return Shipping

If you choose to return the item on your own, use a trackable delivery service and share the tracking number with us. We are not responsible for lost packages.
