Refund Policy

We want our VALUED customers to try our fragrance with confidence and without worrying about expensive returns.

How It Works:

Sample First:  Each full-size fragrance comes with a 2ML trial-size vial. Try the sample first. If you like it, keep the full-size bottle. If not, don’t open the full-size bottle and 10 ml pocket-sized.

Initiate Return: Email us at info@HayatiNY.com within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Return Fee: A flat $10 fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund. 

 Follow our instructions to create and send back your return within 10 days.

Restocking Fee Policy:

We charge a 15% restocking fee to help cover the costs associated with labor, shipping, handling, and warehouse operations. This ensures we can continue providing the best service and maintaining the quality of our products

If you're unsure about a fragrance, we recommend starting with our Discovery Set. It allows you to explore and select your favorite scents. Plus, you'll receive a $20 voucher for your next full-size purchase—a perfect way to try before you commit!

 Refunds:

We will process your refund within 10-12 business days of receiving the unopened full-size bottle.

Free Gifts:

If your refund lowers your order total below the free gift threshold, return the unused gift. If not returned, the gift's value will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions:

Returns after 10 days won't be accepted. Securely pack the fragrance to avoid damage.

Non-Refundable Items:

Discovery Sets perfumes and 2ML Samples

Refund Eligibility:

Items must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Opened or damaged returns may be refused or partially refunded.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is undelivered or refused, we are not responsible for the shipping fee. If you opt for a refund instead of reshipping, the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Address Changes:

Any fees to change the address after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

International Orders:

No free return labels for international orders. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product:

Initiate Exchange: Email us within 10 days of receipt.

Conditions: The product must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Exchange Fee: A $10 processing fee applies.

Return Shipping

If you choose to return the item on your own, use a trackable delivery service and share the tracking number with us. We are not responsible for lost packages.

All sales on Discovery Sets and individual travel perfumes are final and non-returnable.
