First I'd like to say, it smells wonderful, 5 stars! Second the customer service is impressive! I messed up my shipping address becuase of my phone autocorrecting to my old address. Customer service reached out to me got the package back and then re shipping it and never made me pay a second shipping fee. That is the best customer service I have experienced in maybe ever to be honest. And lastly the packaging is secure and cute! A hand written thank you note personalized to me, little samples... just wonderful! Thank you for all of it!
